A continuation of Holistic Pathology: Part 1, learn about the musculoskeletal, integumentary, digestive and endocrine systems in the second part of this two part continuing education course.

In Part 2 of this two part course, you will learn about:

the musculoskeletal system - disorders, assessment, therapeutic action, research findings, case presentations
the integumentary system - disorders, assessment, therapeutic action, research findings, case presentations
the ABCDs of malignant melamoma
digestive and endocrine systems - disorders, assessment, therapeutic action, research findings, case presentations
differences between hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia
diabetic crisis
genitourinary and genetic conditions - disorders, assessment, therapeutic actions relating to pregnancy including contraindications, research findings, case presentations
supine hypotensive syndrome identification and prevention
signs and symptoms of the different systems of the body that require referring the client out
philosophical and practical aspects of working with persons who are seriously ill or injured - contraindications, Smith's bodywork modification model, working in specific healthcare environments

Holistic Pathology: Part 1 is not a prerequesite for taking Part 2. The same text is used for both Part 1 and Part 2 courses.
